• When Placing orders with Dream Dresses Nottingham, personal contact details will be required by the person responsible for the order.
• Dream Dresses Nottingham will not pass personal information onto any third party and will be held according to GDPR. Details will be used for maintaining contact regarding orders and appointments only.
• Deposit – upon placing an order a 50% deposit is required of the full purchase price of all new goods.  Goods cannot be exchanged, and monies are not refundable or transferable to other orders once your order has been placed. Once goods are ordered you have no rights if you simply change your mind (sale of goods1979)
• Cancellation – In the event of an event being cancelled for any reason whatsoever, the balance becomes payable and all goods must be collected.  We do not buy back dresses.
• Supply Time – goods which are not available from stock, will often take 10 – 14weeks to supply, unless a fixed date for the supply of goods has been agreed and stated in writing on this order, the seller agrees to supply goods ordered within a reasonable time, having regard to the nature and source of the materials required.
• Balance – The remaining balance is due for payment within 7 days of the delivery of the gown to Dream Dresses Nottingham.   We will notify you to let you know and forward a payment link for the balance and book an appointment for fittings if required.
• Alterations – No alterations can be carried out until the garments are paid for in full.  Alteration costs are available upon request but as a guide only. An alteration service is available by Alterations-Online however you do not have to use the seamstress that we recommend. Alteration costs are additional to the cost of the dress.
• Colours Fabrics and Design – The seller endeavours to supply the goods ordered by the customer with the customers’ requirements in respect of colour, shades, fabric, trim and design.  However, such matters cannot always be guaranteed, and the seller gives no warranty or guarantee save that he shall use best endeavours for the goods supplied to correspond a close as possible to the customers’ requirements and that was reasonably available at the date of contract.

• Payment and risk – Upon payment by the customer of the full purchase price of the goods ordered, and before the collection of the goods, the seller undertakes to take reasonable and necessary precautions to protect the goods whilst on the seller’s premises.  The seller does not accept any liability to the customer in respect of any loss or damage, caused to the customers goods, whilst at the sellers’ premises, save and accept in respect of any loss or damage caused by the negligence of the seller.
• Force Majeure – The seller does not accept any responsibility for any delay, damage or inability to supply the goods due to either fore majeure or other circumstances beyond the seller’s control.
